Are you tired of creating a new request for quote (RFQ) every time you need to buy laptop chargers?
We have released a new feature to allow you to clone past RFQs under the Hardware, Telecommunications, Software and Cloud Marketplaces.
Next time you create an RFQ, you will have the option to either:
create an RFQ from scratch, or clone a past RFQ
This feature has been developed to save you time and effort when re-entering data into a repeated RFQ.
Alongside this cloning feature sits the new single page view, to save you time entering your data.
How to use the cloning feature
Begin a new RFQ, either from your dashboard, or from the marketplace landing page.
Select ‘copy from previous’ and search for the RFQ you would like to clone. You can search by title or reference number.
When you choose an RFQ you will see the whole record in a single page view so that you can easily check the information is correct before you get started.
Selecting ‘get started’ will take you to the RFQ flow you are familiar with, but with details prefilled.
You will still need to enter your timeframes and the sellers you have selected.
Once you have entered the outstanding information you can review and send your RFQ for DTA review.
How to switch to single page view
Go to an RFQ record, and toggle to single page view on the top right hand corner.
